It has a mechanical cam operated drive system to keep a perfect phasing of the needle movement during the lacing cycle. Machine is controlled by PLC, different stator slot configurations can be set in the touch screen, like the lacing type, like slot by slot lacing, intercal lacing, and fancy lacing. During machine operation, operator only need to load and unload the stators.
