Three-Roll Plate Bending Machine
This series is suitable for long and "thin" pipe product.
Length range: 100-800MM
Diameter range: ¢50-¢115MM
Steel plate thickness range: 1-2MM
There are three shafts in this series bending machine: one small rubber shaft, one mould shaft(mandrel), and one relative large rubber shaft.
When we start the machine, the large rubber shaft will move up, then take the mandrel to move together, finally stop once meet the small rubber shaft. At the same time, due to the elastic distortion of rubber shaft, the steel plate will happen plastic distortion too.
The mandrel can be designed according to your requirements.
