The raw material for rolling seamless tube is round tube blank, which is cut by Cutting Machine and sent to furnace for heating by conveyor belt. The billets are sent into a furnace to be heated to a temperature of about 1200 degrees Celsius. Fuel is hydrogen or acetylene. The key problem is the temperature control in the furnace. Generally, the most common puncher is the conical roller puncher, which has high production efficiency, good product quality, large amount of perforation and enlargement, and can be used in many kinds of steel. After perforation, the round billet is rolled, rolled or extruded by three rollers. The tube must be de-sized after extrusion. The sizing machine rotates at high speed through the conical drill bit into the steel billet for drilling, forming a steel tube. The inner diameter of steel pipe is determined by the outer diameter length of the drill bit of the sizing machine. After sizing, the steel pipe enters the cooling tower and is cooled by water spraying. After cooling, the steel pipe is straightened.
